Millstream Natural Foods has been proudly Canadian owned and operated for over fifty years. Founded in 1959, the company’s vision for healthy living began with the natural stone grinding process. 

We have determined that no machinery has yet been developed that grinds grains into foodstuff as well as quarried millstones. We follow the same process as proven over millennia ago by the ancient civilizations of India and Rome. Millstream is dedicated to the manufacturing of natural foods in the natural way!
